Ectalant Collection: sterling silver with rhodium plated, with colored high-carbon diamonds.

Feerique Collection: Brass with 18k gold plated, complemented by high-quality crystals.

For false nails, most of our nail products are made of plastic nail tips, adorned with decorations including plastic, metal chains, pearls, acrylic paints, and etc.
How long is the lifespan of the jewelry?

Our jewelries are carefully handcrafted by our experienced team in our own factories.The surface treatments used allow our jewelry of Ectalant, Emerald and Timeless Collection to be guaranteed for 2 years and jewelry of Feerique Collection to be guranteed for 1 year. And well maintaining jewelry properly helps to preserve its beauty and extend its lifespan. 

Here are some general maintenance tips we recommended:

  1. Cleaning - wipe the jewelry with a soft, damp cloth to remove tarnish. 
  2. Storage - Store jewelry in separate compartments or pouches to prevent scratching and tangling. Avoid storing jewelry in direct sunlight as it can cause materials to deteriorate.
  3. Avoid Chemicals - Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or using cleaning products, as chemicals can damage metals and gemstones.
  4. Avoid Impact - Remove jewelry before engaging in physical activities or sports to avoid accidental damage.

At ARIAECHO, our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is reflected in our comprehensive warranty for all our products.

1.  Jewelry Warranty Policy:

For Jewelry collections, each is tailored to suit the unique nature of the pieces. The Éclatant, Emerald and Timeless collections are accompanied by a two-year warranty, while the Feerique collections are covered for one year.

Please note that our warranty procedures vary depending on the collection. For the Éclatant and Emerald series, if you experience issues like oxidation, darkening of sterling silver or other metal materials, or scratches on gemstones, please email us at customerservice@ariaecho.ca with a detailed description and photo of the issue. After the request approved, you'll need to send the item back to us. We will then forward it to our factory for repairs. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and may incur a reasonable additional fee. Rest assured, we strive to restore your cherished pieces to their original glory.

For the Timeless and Feerique collections, the process is slightly different. If you encounter any issues, send us an email with a detailed description and photo of the problem. We will evaluate the situation and, if it meets our warranty criteria, we will either send you a replacement or offer a coupon reimbursement.

Metal jewelry, especially gold-plated items, can oxidize or change color over time, and naturally cultivated gemstones might subtly transform. These changes are part of the natural wear process, often adding a distinct charm to the piece.

2. Luxury Press-on Nails Warranty Policy: 

For our nail wear products, please inspect them upon delivery. If you find any quality issues or damages caused during shipping, contact us immediately (no more than 5 business days after delivery) with a detailed description and photos at customerservice@ariaecho.ca. After our evaluation, we will address the situation by either sending a replacement or processing a refund, depending on the specific case.

Please understand that our false nail products are considered consumables and, as such, do not come with an extended warranty. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we welcome and appreciate your feedback on any issues that may arise during their use. Your understanding and support are greatly valued at ARIAECHO. Thank you.

2. Find Your Measurement 

Use a ruler to measure the length of the string/paper in millimetres. This measurement is your ring size.

1. Measure Your Wrist

Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist at the narrowest point. If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and measure that with a ruler. 

2. Add Comfort

Firstly, measure the width of your nails ate the widest part. If using a soft ruler, record the measurements in millimeters. For the tape method, stick tape across your nail, mark the sides, them measure the tape on a flat surface.

Nail art is now a trendy way to show your style, with many easy-to-apply options. Press-on nails are affordable and come in many designs. They fit well, last long, and are easy to use, changing your look in minutes. Follow our simple guide to apply and remove these nails perfectly and easily.

Please NOTE: In this tutorial, all the tools needed for applying press-on nails are included in our complimentary nail kit except the acetone. Each set of press-on nails comes with its own toolkit.

 

How to Apply Press-Ons Perfectly:

1. Prep Your Nails

Clean and dry your nails thoroughly. Gently push back the cuticles and buff the nail surface for better grip.

2. Size the Press-Ons

Choose the appropriate size press-on nails for each finger, making sure that your natural nail is fully covered. 

3. Adhere the Press-Ons

There are two types of adhesive: STICKY TABS and NAIL GLUE. 

  • For Sticky Tabs:  Peel off a sticky tab that fits the size of your nail and apply it to your nail. Make sure it doesn't overlap the edges. And then, peel off the protective layer from the sticky tab, align the press-on nail with your natural nail, starting from the cuticle and then pressing down towards the tip. 

  • For Nails Glue: Apply a thin layer of glue to your natural nail, then press the nail on top.

4. Press Firmly:

Hold the nail in place for about 30 seconds to ensure a strong bond.

5. Shape and File:

Once all nails are applied, file them to your desired shape or length.

6. Enjoy!

With proper application, sticker-tab press-on nails can last up to a week and glue-on press-ons can last up to two weeks. Just be gentle with your nails and take care of them.

 

How to Remove Press-On Nails:

1. Soak Your Hands:

Begin by soaking your nails in warm, soapy water. This softens the nails and adhesive, especially for sticky tabs. For nails with glue, about 5 minutes is usually sufficient.

2. Gently Lift or File:

Use a cuticle stick or wooden orange stick to gently lift the edges of the press-on nail. Start from the corners and work your way around.

3. Peel Off and Clean: Carefully peel off the press-on nails. Clean any residue with acetone (for glue) or just warm water (for sticky tabs).

4. Nail Care: After removal, it's advisable to wash your hands and moisturize your nails. And for sticker-tab press-on nails, after peeling off, gently scrape off any leftover sticky tabs. This keeps them clean and ready for reuse, extending their lifespan for future applications. 

This method is gentle and effective for both types of adhesives, ensuring the safety of your natural nails.
