Why recycle?

This eco-friendly return program aims to reduce environmental pollution caused by the careless disposal of jewelry. By recycling used jewelry, we can minimize resource wastage, promote recycling, and make a positive contribution to the environment.

How to recycle?

Through this program, customers can return their used jewelry purchased from our website to us. Once received at our warehouse, our refund process and jewelry regeneration process will commence.

Processing of recycled jewelry:

At our factory, we carefully process the returned jewelry and extract valuable materials. These materials are then used to produce new jewelry or other items, maximizing resource utilization.

How to initiate the recycling process:

You can contact us via email at customerservice@ariaecho.ca or through the "Contact Us" page on our website. Please provide your order number, shipping number, and basic contact information, and indicate " Eco-Friendly Return Project + Your Order Number" in the subject line.

After the recycling process:

Upon receiving your returned items, we will promptly process your refund. Depending on the condition of the jewelry, refunds range from a minimum of 15% to a maximum of 50% of the original product order amount, which will be credited back to your original payment account.
